Photography Competition "Living Every Moment"
Create an image capturing a moment in time that encompasses the Hospice phrase of "Living Every Moment".
There are two competitions: One for the Far North area (Taupo Bay north), and one for the Mid North area (Taupo Bay south).
- Photographs must be taken within the duration of the competition.
- Photographs to be submitted as per registration email instructions.
- Photographs to be supplied in digital jpg format only.
- Entrants can only enter once.
The judges are Professional Photographers and Hospice members who will be judging composition, lighting, and interpretation. The winning image will be announced on social media during Hospice Awareness Week 13th - 17th May. Competition Closes: Friday 10th May, 5pm.

Hospice Van
The new van has arrived!!! This van is a necessity in delivering medical equipment to our patients and is so vital to our service. It is operated by a very special team of volunteers who dedicate their time in carrying out these deliveries. Thanks guys, you rock! The funds to purchase the van were raised at the Battle of the Ballroom auction with the support of the wonderful REAL PROPERTY KERIKERI LTD, thank you! A special thank you to Pete Gentil for being the amazing auctioneer he is, facilitating the auction that raised the funds for this purchase. You were brilliant. Thank you to the community for your incredible generosity, digging deep when bidding for such fabulous prizes. And a massive thank you to our fantastic sponsors, without you there wouldn't be an auction, or any of the events we put on to raise funds and awareness for our service. Annual Charity Golf Day - $20,000 raised!
What a Fantastic Day, the Hospice Mid-Northland Charity Golf Tournament was a huge success!! This event was definitely one by the community for the community, with players, sponsors, small business, large business, volunteers, staff, and clubs all pulling together to create an amazing day!

Far North and Mid-Northland events
We regularly host events to raise funds and build awareness of the crucial service our Hospices provide in our Te Tai Tokerau communities. We're always looking for volunteers to help out, and for good fundraising ideas.
