In November 2017 we completed our strategic plan, this plan was all about how we needed to be sustainable for future growth and out of this our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) was decided on.
By 2025 we needed to have had 45.000 conversations with our community about dying. This would help others to understand and value what we do and the services we provide, education is the key!
Our clinical team with support of our Fundraising and Awareness Manager have been running workshops with other community groups and we now want to hold open workshops with the public.
