Hospice Mid-Northland and Far North Community Hospice provide care and support for people of any age with a terminal illness or life-limiting condition, where the focus of treatment is on comfort and quality of life, rather than a cure.

People may be referred as soon as a diagnosis is made, not just near the end of life. In fact, many patients say they wished they had become involved with hospice sooner than they had.

Our services are free of charge and available to people living in the Mid- Northland and Far North District.

Please submit referrals through the referral form and select the appropriate hospice.
